How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
What is your return policy and how do I return my product?
 

Returns

Returns and exchanges must be authorized in advance by Medical Test Supply. Please inspect all purchases immediately upon delivery. Returns are accepted within 15 days from the original purchase date. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will accept its return under the following conditions:

* Products must be unused, clean, in their original packaging with all originally included items.

* You will be responsible for paying all shipping and restocking fees, unless the product shipped was not the same as ordered or if it was damaged in shipment.

* Shipment should be refused if damaged and reported to the shipper and Medical Test Supply.

* A RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA) is needed before a product is returned for any reason. Without a prior authorization from Medical Test Supply incoming shipment (s) will be declined. Please contact Medical Test Supply Customer Service at 1-855-270-5357.

* A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to customer elected returns. Shipping cost will be deducted from any credit or exchange unless the product was defective or damaged in shipment.


Return Instructions:

* All returns require an RMA including warranty, non-warranty and damaged items. Any return without an RMA marked on the shipping box will be refused.

* All returns will be inspected at Medical Test Supply. Eligibility for credit or exchange is not guaranteed until the returned product has completed inspection.

* Please contact customer service at 1-855-270-5357 to request an RMA. With approved returns, a refund credit will be completed after the product is received at Medical Test Supply.

* Package the product in its original form with all documentation and support items received with the product. Improper packaging could void a warranty claim.


Warranty Repairs or Replacements: Warranties vary by product and product type. Please review the published information that was enclosed with your product at time of shipment for warranty explanation. If you have a warranty, repair or replacement question related to a product you have purchased from Medical Test Supply, please contact customer service at 1-855-270-5357.

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at customerservice@medicaltestsupply.com or call 1-855-270-5357 within 72 hours of receiving the product.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
